Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, customized products.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at sales@houndstyle.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.

  • Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed  in 2 business days and credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.



Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us through any means as provided below.

7. Shipping policy: products will be delivered in 7 business from the date of order placed
